At Faith Forge 3D Concepts, we take pride in the quality of every item we print. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Standard Items We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@faithforge3dconcepts.com with a photo of the item and your order number.

Personalized & Custom Items Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

DIY Paintable Items These items are sold unpainted and as-is. We do not accept returns based on personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
